Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped her gymnastics. After a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. In just one year she was granted her professional card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was required to take six years away from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her result. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
